  22. The 1541 II has an external power supply, the 1541 does not. I have
  23. noticed that very rarely some software that is very disk oriented, may
  24. not run on a 1541 II, but this is very rare.

  26. I think the 1541 II runs much smoother than a regular 1541. Only
  27. problem was I had to directly solder the jiffy dos chip onto the 1541
  28. II board.

  31. drive!
